Great find! The opening of the article really questions this notion of ‘open’…

…something which really resonates with a quote I found recently:
‘…access is emphatically _not_ enough unless it is seen in a very broad context of social inclusion and social justice.’ (Collier and Ross 2017: 9)
So ‘open’ access isn’t necessarily inclusive…
